Yoga Retreat Day

Time to re-energise, meet up with familiar faces and share an afternoon of yoga.   Start your summer off well by letting go of stress, rejuvenating the body, relaxing the mind and embracing the warmth and energy of summer. Fiona will lead you in a flow practice for summer focusing on energy and space. Fiona will also work with cooling and balancing breath practices, Yin practice and meditation for summer focusing on opening the heart and relaxing the whole body.
