The Carnegie Library Hub now has a full house of yoga classes every day of the week!
Yoga Flow with Rory who holds a gently flow session on Monday evenings combining techniques from Hatha, Vinyasa, breathwork and meditation for ease and enjoyment of movement.
Ann Lynn, experienced practitioner and long standing regular at the Carnegie Library Hub, runs her popular Iynegar Yoga sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays and works on techniques for alignment and post injury.
We are happy to have Sarah Thomas back on Wednesdays with her Hatha Yoga classes for a strong body and calm mind.

Classes are growing as more and more local residents come to stretch out in the warm, beautiful light filled studios of the historic Carnegie building that now hosts a wide range of of wellbeing sessions that also include include holistic birth preparation, gong baths and Reiki meditation.
