Yoga for Perimenopause, Menopause and Beyond

We are looking forward to welcoming Sarah Thomas back to the hub this Autumn where she will be running a course of yoga that is specifically aimed at offering techniques to manage the anxiety, hot flushes, rage and insomnia that can come alongside perimenopause, and menopause.  Sarah has had many years of training and working in this field and creates a safe and supportive space – all are welcome and the course is suitable for absolute yoga beginners.
