Sarah is a qualified Yoga and Meditation teacher, is accredited to teach Menopause Yoga by The British Wheel of Yoga and has completed the Menopause Movement Professional Development Training Programme. You can find out more about her by visiting her website – bewellbeingyou.co.uk
The aim of these classes is to provide a safe and supportive space in which to share specific tools that will target a variety of symptoms including anxiety, overwhelm, hot flushes, menorage and irritability, low mood and fatigue. You will practice yoga postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques and learn sequences to uplift and support you by reducing stress and building physical strength and emotional resilience.
The sessions are suitable for beginners and do not require the body of a gymnast or any special equipment!
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion, and water to drink. Wear warm comfortable clothes that enable you to move freely – layers are ideal to ensure you don’t get too hot or too cold.
