The warm wood floors, high ceilings and beautiful light streaming windows of the building create an ideal space for calm, mindful, meditative classes. We have now built up a range of classes that appeal and cater for all levels of fitness and needs.
On Tuesdays and Friday’s Anne Lynn’s Iyengar Yoga classes aim to help with gentle realignment, posture and recovery post injury as well as learning new techniques for stretching and improving range of movement. https://yogainhernehill.com
Sarah Thomas @bewellbeingyou has had many years of yoga training and has focussed very specifically on training with experts in the field of perimenopause and menopause. Her Wednesday yoga classes aim to work with breath, mindfulness and meditation as tools to reduce stress.. Yoga for Perimenopause and Menopause Wednesday evenings 6 – 7.15pm
There are lively yoga flow sessions on Saturday mornings run by Mari @durgastudio.om, as well as regular Gong Baths with @saramadae on the last Tuesday of every month. And we are waiting for more information and confirmation about midwifery and ante natal classes due to start soon…
