Yoga with Diede & Viki

We aim to make yoga accessible to everyone and our classes are suitable for all levels. These classes will give you a chance to feel the benefits of yoga and encouragement to listen to your body and make the practice your own.
Things to bring:
Yoga mat (or an exercise mat)
Water bottle and any props you might find useful, eg straps, yoga block
arrive in clothes that you feel comfortable moving in and even sweating a little. There are no changing rooms available, but there are toilet facilities.
£7 per class
£25 for all 5 weeks (9 October – 6 November)
