Yoga for Perimenopause, Menopause and Beyond

Learn about what causes the physical and emotional changes that we can experience as we transition through perimenopause and beyond. I will share tools and techniques that can help to manage the symptoms that can arise such as anxiety, insomnia, rage, hot flushes and fatigue. The classes will include a mindful posture practice, pranayama/breathing techniques, meditation, mudra, mantra, relaxation and yoga nidra. These sessions are suitable for absolute beginners, and do not require the body of a gymnast. If you would like to gain greater knowledge and understanding and to feel empowered and equipped with practical tools that you can practice ‘off the mat’ then this class is perfect for you.
Please bring a mat, some water and warm comfortable layers of clothing that enable you to move with ease.
