Iyengar Yoga – Tuesday

Yoga improves posture and breathing, thereby improving the health of all systems of the body.

Yoga restores and maintains normal mobility and a healthy range of movement in order to function well in daily life.

Iyengar yoga allows students with different areas of stiffness or old injury to use props to help develop correct movements and improve alignment.

Anne Lynn has been practising Iyengar yoga since 1978. She trained to teach after having her children, and qualified in 2003 to teach the Introductory syllabus. Since then she studied Anatomy and Physiology and taken more yoga qualifications to  Level 2.
