This Hatha Class will strengthen body and mind and settle the nervous system. Practice postures to release tension while building flexibility and strength, pranayama/breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, meditation and mindfulness to settle the mind and close with a relaxation.
This class is suitable for beginners.
