Please bring a mat/blanket/cushion to make yourself comfortable on the floor or chair; water; a notebook if you wish to write about your Reiki experiences (you might have visions or ideas). Reiki encourages self-healing of the mind, body and soul. You’ll receive Reiki directly from Source… undiluted, natural, divine, kind, powerful, all-knowing, and available for all who wish to receive it. Just be open to receive.
