Studies show that taking part in comedy improv not only builds confidence and activates the creative part of our brain but improves anxiety, stress and uncertainty tolerance. Totally unscripted workshops are about making these benefits available to everyone. No experience needed! We offer whole-hearted, half-witted fun for teams and groups who want to connect, improve communication and enhance wellbeing through playfulness.
Can’t wait to host these popular workshops at the hub. Get in touch to book your place!
