Meanwhile the autumn programme is looking great. We’re looking forward to hosting another Death cafe next week. These successful events offer a chance to talk openly about all aspects of death; from end of life planning to grief and support. We are also continuing to host Born or Made networking meet ups to build on the momentum of Elle Moss’ very successful launch in September. And in November Project Smith, working with NHS and Lambeth, will be running free Community Connector Training out of the Hub.
These are just a few of the events running alongside our regular classes and workshops, this autumn and we want to be able to continue with our plans and vision for the Carnegie Library Hub. A huge amount of experience, skill and hard work has gone into building relationships and establishing collaborations with local organisations, small businesses and charities in order to curate a diverse programme of events. Many local groups and residents value these opportunities and do not want to see the hub wind down and so much voluntary and paid time, effort and positive energy squandered.
So please Sign our petition and support the hub by writing to our councillors
