Tania Brown Yoga Classes on Tuesday Evenings

Tania Brown has added another class at the Carnegie Library Hub and now offers dynamic flow sessions on Tuesday evenings 6.30 -7.30pm as well as Friday morning sessions from  9.30am -10.30am.

She is passionate about promoting health, vitality and well-being through yoga, but in a light-hearted and accessible way. Classes are open to all, at whatever level.

Vinyasa means “to place with special awareness and intention.” Flow suggests movement that is continuous, smooth and unbroken. Vinyasa Flow is a popular form of modern yoga that draws from traditions including Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, as well as martial arts and dance. While class pace, style and intensity vary, the emphasis is placed on harmonising the movements of the body and breath in creative sequences. Short meditations and breathing techniques are also included in the vinyasa classes.
