Free training – 4 day course: 11, 18, 19, 27 November. Be supported to help people in your community to become healthier. The Community Connector programme is part of Project Smith, an NHS-funded community development programme. Project Smith provides Community Connector training and support to people in Lambeth. Skills that are taught include: talking to other people about wellbeing, the things that they can do for themselves, places to go to access help and support doing this. The Community Connector training programme is interactive with lots of opportunities for discussion. It includes an assessment that gets you the course qualification.
