Yoga with Fiona

Sign up for a unique afternoon of yoga lead by, Fiona who has twenty eight years experience of teaching yoga and is qualified with Yoga Alliance to the highest level. She will lead you through and afternoon of gentle flow and yin yoga focussing on relaxation, rejuvenation and letting go of tension and stress. In line with the winter season Fiona will use DoTERRA aromatherapy oils to help strengthen the immune system - this is a retreat not to be missed!
