All of us experience stress and anxiety at some time in our lives. On this introductory day, ease their grip by learning mindfulness meditation and mind management skills.

Accredited Breathworks mindfulness teacher, Dharmavadana Penn will introduce and guide meditations that are straightforward to learn, as well as other techniques for mental and emotional robustness. The programme will cover:
· The concept of mindfulness and how it can reduce stress and anxiety
· Mindfulness of Breathing meditation
· Self-appreciation and connection meditation
· Lessening the power of negativity cycles
· Balancing towards more calm and delight
Please note that we’ll be meditating on chairs. Please bring cushions and blankets if they’ll make you more comfortable.
Dharmavadana Penn has been meditating for more than thirty years and teaching meditation for twenty. He trained specifically as a mindfulness teacher with Breathworks and gained accreditation with them in 2022.
