Local Anne Lynn has been practising Iyengar yoga since 1978. She trained to teach after having her children, and qualified in 2003 to teach the Introductory syllabus. Since then she studied Anatomy and Physiology and taken more yoga qualifications to Level 2.
Iyengar yoga helps with stiffness and old injury, helps to correct movements and improve alignments. Anne’s classes are onTuesday evenings from 6.15-7.15pm and Friday mornings from 9.20-10.30am.
