On the evening of 13th October, the Cambria Choir raised the roof on the Carnegie to fundraise for life-saving treatment and diagnosis awareness for a dear friend of the choir; Emily’s world was turned upside down when she received a late shock diagnosis of stage 4 bowel cancer.
The sell-out ticketed evening included a blend of fabulous songs sung by the Cambria Choir, a popular raffle with prizes from local artists, signed artworks, jewellery, and champagne, to name but a few; Sarah Fishers Piano bar rounded off the fantastic evening of
music, singing, dancing, love, joy (some tears, too) and ultimately, huge success when the total raised hit over £3,000.
