We have a new yoga class starting at the Carnegie.
Sarah is a qualified Hatha yoga and meditation teacher and has been teaching since 2004. These sessions will focus upon building strength and flexibility and releasing tension from body and mind to calm the emotions through the use of postures, breathing exercises, meditation and mindfulness techniques and a relaxation at the close of the class. Please bring a mat and water and wear layers of comfortable clothing that enable you to move freely.
Sessions are Wednesdays 9.30am – 10.30pm during term time and cost £14 drop- in or £10 when you book a half term block.
