Here’s a reminder of Anne’s class on Tuesday evenings (18:15-19:15) and Friday mornings (9:30-10:30). Anne is lovely, very experienced, the room is majestic and according to Wikipedia : “Iyengar Yoga is a form of yoga as exercise with a focus on the structural alignment of the physical body through the practice of asanas.”
